- Identifying and driving key strategic initiatives
- Managing the Inorganic portfolio with an objective of reaching target spends for each period.
- Developing unique propositions in digital space to maintain & grow FE Credit’s leadership in consumer finance segment along with developing alternate channels for sourcing cash loans with an objective to increase the reach and reduce COA.
- Manage end to end combination card P&L: The job holder is responsible for building a strong value proposition for our target segment& managing approval rates, process enhancement.
- The job holder will also drive key metrics of Combination Cards portfolio.
- The role thus entails identifying the right proposition for the right segment and creating enhanced value proposition for Combination Cards on an end to end basis including proposition, benefits, pricing, experience and service.
- The role also includes managing the product P&L on an end to end basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of Combination Cards. Responsible for ENR, Income and cost of Acquisition.
- For Combination Cards, track and improve Early spend activation rates through improving existing processes, incentives, pricing, introducing promotions etc. Also improve the share of digital channels for Plastic Activation and Spend Activation.
- Launch of PL, CDL and TWL combination cards, improvement of existing processes, rebranding implementation, addition of value proposition and promotions.
- Work on developing new propositions such as Cardless cash, Card to card transfer & Alternate sourcing channels and mainstream them with relevant marketing promotions.
- Responsible for credit card Inorganic usage monitoring. Coordinate with all key stakeholders including but not limited to Risk, Finance & Acct., IT, Business Operations, UND, MKT, Sales, Collection etc. to handle and control inorganic spends.
- Manage employees of Card Portfolio Unit – Combination Card & Digital to achieve target.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial industry with a strong background in cards and payment industry.
- Should have strong exposure in digital transformation, payments and cards business, Complete understanding of the cards’ customer life cycle management, segment dynamics, usage and loyalty programs for credit cards, risk and reward metrics for cards business, anti-attrition and customer retention strategies.
- Specialized understanding of the card spend program, portfolio actions and their impact on product profitability
- Ability to adapt to changing market needs and lead change management in an evolving environment.
- Strong business acumen, a skilled people manager, highly skilled in relationship management. Consistently searching for innovative, more efficient ways to work and make incremental improvements to existing processes or ways of doing business
