Design and control eKYC process handled by ROBO KULIZA integrated with sales system ((iSales, Vymo, UBANK, FEOL, $NAP), PEGA LOS, Decision Engine
Design and control webportal for Underwriting Agent
Issue underwriting manual guidance related to eKYC
Work with IT to change system (CR, BRD) and perform UAT as well as monitor system.
Work with related BU (Business Development Division, IT Division, Operational Risk, Digital Business Center) to handle system error and other errors related to quality of Facial database.
Search and manage new vendors, new technology of eKYC
Manage Hyperverge vendor for change request, upgraded features about SDK eKYC, digitization facial database.
POC new feature such as read data Chip on Chip ID card, verify a genuine chip ID card with national citizen database of MOP.
Do research to implement feature to read MRZ, QR, OCT to optimize automation flow in ekyc process
Implement and control Video KYC to identify customer real time incorporated with voice biometrics.
Do research for new features of ekyc to increase accuracy of customer indentification.
Do research and apply independent resorce (e.g national citizen database of MOP) to verify old national ID
Evaluate effectiveness of technology provided by recent vendor and other vendor in market yearly.
Build report and analyze data to control eKYC process productively
Build report, monitor and analyze effectiveness of eKYC process
Volume of application
eKYC result as approved, cancelled/ rejected with reason
Accuracy of Face Recognition technology including 1:1 & 1:N check
Propose relevant cut-off rate based on scoring model of customer face matching
Database linked between PID (personal ID) and application ID
Quality of facial database
TAT (Turn Around Time) of application processed eKYC
Control, monitor cost and budget of service usage of eKYC partners
Control data storage from Data Enrichment partners
Ensure to control access and responsibility of business units on usage of services.
Monitor and report on usage activity and cost of by BUs regularly
Reconciliation and request payment regularly
Propose initiatives to optimize usage cost of services.
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 6 years of experience in Risk Management Unit of Retail Banking, Consumer Finance company related to underwriting process, fraud prevention & detection.
At least 1 year of experience in management level
Require ability to use SQL fluently
Require knowledge about credit information database and financial banking field
Good at communication
Good at English
Good at analysing skill
Require to have knowledge about managing information system MIS
Require to have skill on Microsoft Visio
