- Updating of the actual situation at X-sell Telesales to determine the target to come up with specific and closely coordinated strategies to increase X-sell.
1. Monitor and drive business performance of X-sell Telesales:
- Update X-sell Telesales performance (in-house), report to high management level, continuously valuate and propose to implement solutions to improve X-sell Telesales effectiveness.
- Work with all major stakeholders to communicate about goals, timelines, and key targets of X-sell in order to achieve the business objectives.
- Act as go-to-person for communication to and effectiveness management of X-sell Telesales (in-house).
2. Build and develop capability of Telesales for X-sell:
- Manage telesales capacity and capability to reach sales targets.
- Develop training to upskill Telesales capability to ensure the high effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on knowledge, skills and best practices of telesales to advise stakeholders, develop training, skill enhancement program, and propose initiatives to improve performance of Telesales.
- Implement & monitor campaigns in Telesales capability enhancement for X-sell.
3. Build and develop capability of X-sell Telesales Effectiveness Management Unit:
- Build team capacity and capability to ensure the high requirements of business objectives.
- Building strong relationship with main functions to empower effectiveness of those functions.
4. Advise stakeholders and Head of Telesales Effectiveness Management:
- Advice departments under Center to build and implement tools/ mechanisms to ensure and improve performance of In-house Telesales (commission structure, sales policies, etc.).
- Advise on mechanisms, tools to manage Telesales channel.
5. People development:
- Recruit, coach and develop team member.
- Collect best practice and share with team to ensure high caliber of staff.
- Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics or Marketing, or Sales related major
- At least 03 years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.), at least 3 years’ experience in management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing telesales channel or third party telesales vendor, and/or training for telesales channel
- At least 2 years of experience in sales project management/ participation in sales projects
