[Urgent] Academic Manager (IT Center for Kids, Income Up to 17Mil/month)

The Academic Manager is responsible for ensuring the high quality curriculum and assessment
delivery of the center’s programs and courses, in line with relevant standards and regulations.
The Academic Manager will create, monitor and mentor a high quality teaching roster, and
pursue excellence and innovation in teaching and learning. The Teaching Manager is
responsible for representing the Company during events, consultations with parents (if needed)
and during monthly & adhoc parent-teacher review meetings.

Salary range: base of 10,000,000 VND - 14,000,000 VND gross depending on experience and qualifications, monthly bonus based on performance up to 3,000,000 VND. Combined income is up to 17,000,000 VND/month.

Job Description
- Manage daily academic operations at the campus
- Manage teachers' schedule and be responsible for assigning teachers for classes
- Work closely with Customer Care/Sales Manager to ensure all curriculum activity is
scheduled effectively, also cooperate on developing projects and events
- Develop and implement innovative teaching practices in consultation with the head of Academic department
- Ensure quality and consistency of experience for students across all disciplines.
- Represent the company during events or meetings with parents
- Undertake lesson observations (QC & random spot check of recordings - online trial & actual
classes as well as joining offline classes), identify training needs and lead staff
training.
- Train new and existing members of the academic team
- Conduct weekly check-up of the Learning Management system.
- Work with HR to recruit new members of the academic team
- Teach fixed and trial classes at least 10 hours per week
