[Urgent] Audit Technical and Training Senior - Premium Insurance

Key responsibilities

Training

• Support in identifying training need across different levels, particularly Hanoi team members

• Assist in developing and maintaining training plans

• Facilitate training for Hanoi team members

• Manage Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance and related documentation

Technical

• Assist in updating firm manuals, templates, and policies in accordance with professional standards

• Provide guidance and technical support to audit associates on accounting and auditing issues

• Support technical updates and ensure firm-wide compliance with latest accounting, auditing standards

• Assist with the preparation and release of technical updates and guidance notes

Administration and Reporting

• Maintain accurate training records and prepare management reports (e.g. training hours, attendance and compliance rates)

• Oversee the Learning Management Systems (LMS) on training records

• Coordinate and update training schedules and calendar invitation

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in external auditing field.

• Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Strong willingness to learn new technical topics and in turn create practical training content for use.

• Strong interest in conducting internal training sessions

• Experience in delivering internal training sessions is an advantage.

• Holding a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia) is a plus.
