Urgent Hiring – Production Assistant

1. Procurement

Receive invoices → input into Velneo → close orders after goods are received.

(Note: Record the lot number to close the production plan.)

2. Production Planning

- Receive the production plan from the Manager → create a production schedule on Velneo → update the Excel Production file → send out production orders and list of materials needed for the day.

- During production: check product quality, cut and store samples.

- End of day: report the quantity of good and defective products → input data and close on Velneo.

3. Machine and Production Monitoring

Update machine status and production progress to the Manager.

4. Reporting

- Review material and finished goods reports before submitting them to the Manager for checking.

- Send the Material Report to Spain.

- Send both Material and Finished Goods Reports to the internal team for reporting purposes.

- English communication skills required – no experience necessary (training will be provided)

- 100% Spanish-invested company

- Fresh graduates majoring in English are welcome to apply and will be trained

Salary: negotiable during the interview
