About the role
The HR Assistant Manager plays a strategic and operational role in managing core HR functions.
This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role supports organizational growth by aligning HR practices with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the firm.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Human Resource Management:
• Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain, summarize, and report on staff records. And highlight significant changes or issues in staffing metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and support managers in goal setting and feedback.
• Assist in managing headcount budgets and optimizing resource allocation across departments.
• Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and local labour regulations.
• Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, HR systems, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
