Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager professional to oversee the entire human resources function in our Vietnam operations. This leadership role will manage both strategic and operational aspects of HR, with a strong focus on talent development, regulatory compliance, and enhancing employee engagement to support a growing business.
Primary Responsibilities:
*** Manage team around 7-10 leads. Main focus building 3P salary. We need a young and high energy can travel between some factories of the Group.
People Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training, coaching, and development programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for new employees.
Workplace Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a positive, performance-driven work environment through employee engagement strategies and transparent communication.
Policy & Legal Compliance: Maintain alignment with Vietnamese labor laws and regulatory standards. Regularly update internal HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Drive continuous performance improvement by managing appraisal systems and goal-setting frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits Administration: Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices. Manage benefit programs and performance-based rewards.
Employee Relations: Provide counseling to managers and employees, resolve grievances, and manage conflict resolution processes with professionalism and integrity.
HR Reporting & Insights: Track HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Team Leadership: Supervise HR staff and ensure consistent execution of HR initiatives across departments.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an individual who combines strong business acumen with deep HR knowledge and a people-first mindset.
Essential Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6–12 years in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity as Manager. Proven track record in multinational or industrial organizations, manufacturing is an asset.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
Digital Literacy: Solid command of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with HR information systems.
Expertise: Deep understanding of local labor legislation, compensation frameworks, and organizational development best practices.
Professional Traits: Integrity, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive leadership style.
Certifications (Bonus): International HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are desirable but not mandatory.
