[Urgent] HR Officer - Long An Factory (Shuttle Bus)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Develop and implement recruitment plans according to the manpower needs of each department. Manage and maintain effective recruitment channels to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. • Manage employee records and documents related to onboarding, transfers, and resignations. Oversee the implementation of onboarding and other employee training programs within the factory. • Provide legal updates and advice on labor laws, corporate laws, and investment regulations. Review business contract terms and conditions before execution with company partners. • Coordinate the resolution of labor-related legal matters, employee relations issues, and labor disputes (if any). • Conduct training programs in alignment with company policies, culture, and development goals. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Economics, or a related field. • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position; experience working with foreign employees is an advantage. • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations related to foreign workers, and relevant legal procedures. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities. • Experience in providing general HR support and performing administrative HR functions. • Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible in performing assigned tasks. • Proficiency in English or Chinese.
