• Supporting IT for internal and external events (seminar, workshop, etc.,).
• Troubleshooting system and network issues.
• Setting up PCs (hardware, software) and mobile devices.
• Managing accounts.
• Managing shared IT devices.
• Creating IT guides.
• Involving in purchasing procedures and documents.
• Working with service providers.

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help-desk.
• Experience in setting up and managing PCs (Windows, mac-OS) and smartphones (iPhone, Android).
• Knowledge about hardware, software, network and web administration.
• Good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Good English in reading and writing.
• Experience in writing guidelines and technical documents.
• Experience in handling documents and working with service providers.
• Passion and enthusiasm for supporting everyone.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Long-term commitment.
Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to communicate in Japanese.
• Available to work immediately.
