[Urgent] Legal & Compliance Specialist (Attractive Package, Sat & Sun Off)

Pixta Vietnam is a branch of PIXTA Inc. group, established in Vietnam in May 2016, with the function of product development for PIXTA corporation. With a huge data warehouse and complex system including over 100 million licensed photos, illustrations and videos, adding about 30,000 new photos every day, 330 thousand photographers and over 12 billion user behaviors, PIXTA Vietnam always improves, applies the most advanced features and keeps up with market trends.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting legal and compliance efforts under the guidance of our senior lawyer - compliance expert. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in internal legal and compliance roles, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining legal standards and regulations.

Your scope of work:

Legal:

- Review, draft, and manage a wide range of contracts, ensuring they are compliant with legal requirements and company’s interests.

- Handle all licensing matters, including obtaining and renewing licenses for the company.

- Collaborate with the senior lawyer to assess legal risks and provide advisory services related to the company’s business operations.

- Manage international deal contracts, ensuring compliance with global legal standards.

Compliance:

- Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Develop, review, and update internal governance documents, including policies, procedures, and executive directives, to align with legal requirements and best practices.

- Ensure that all departments are informed about compliance requirements and that policies are consistently implemented across the organization.

Others: Undertake any other legal/compliance-related tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the organization’s overall success.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.

- Fluent in English

- Proven experience at least 03 years in Legal and compliance roles.

- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
