- Graduated from University with major mechanical
- Can make drawings by Auto-Cad, 3D software
- Teamwork, logical thinking, creativity, carefulness and persistence.
- Understanding about product and drawing
- Able to read and understand English documents, English communication is required
- Candidates in Hai Duong are preferable.
- Preferable age: Less than 35 years old.
2. Planning section (2 positions)
- Qualification: Graduated from engineering universities.
- Experience: Any OK.
- Skill:
+ Good at communication to discuss with oversea customer, and sub-vendors by English
+ Knowledge of product, markets, design/manufacturing are advantage.
+ Can make the drawings by Auto CAD (2D/ 3D)
- Candidates in Hai Duong are preferable.
- Preferable age: Less than 35 years old.

- Manage projects and making approved document, planning drawing.
- Create 3D drawing and 2D drawing for manufacturing.
- Research and design/improve mechanical products.
- Team working, exchanged information with customers and foreign experts in English.
2. Planning section:
- Making the proposal (technical document, quotation) submitted to customer.
- Cost estimation, control the budget before and after receiving order.
- Sales activities (control order intake, sales status…)
- Communication, clarification with domestic and oversea customer during the planning work.
- Negotiation with customers, sub-vendors during the planning work.
- Co-work with other departments to get the information, clarification, confirmation for manufacturing process, cost estimation...
