Job Description
- Have extensive business relationships in the construction field with the Architect Companies, Consultant companies, Main contractors, having relationships with the owner is an advantage.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and be open-minded to their inquiries and procedures
- Support General Manager in managing the work of Sales staffs and Installation work.
- Together with General Manager to be responsible for the operation of the Hanoi Sales & Project Management Dept and be responsible for the results of the department
- To execute strategic planning, management and direction for achievement business plan based on the policy and strategy of the company, and the maximum of results as the chief executive of the department
- To cooperate, control and negotiate with other departments
- To teach, train and give know-how to their subordinates
Job Requirements
Age:30-40
• A degree in Economics/ Engineering is required.
• At least 5-year experience as a Sales Manager or higher role.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Passion for sales / a team player.
• Ability to work under high pressure, independent and have the initiative to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• The ability to deliver top-notch presentations
*NICE-to-HAVE:
- Worked at Architecture industry as Sales
*Business trip (Location, duration, frequency etc.): Sometimes: go to province around Ha Noi or HCM but go and come back within a day.
