Sales director is responsible for overseeing sales leaders and their teams, making sure the leaders can reach their targets and KPIs by daily tracking and training, creating a sales strategy and market analysis based on competitors research, industry trends. Represent the company at events, join B2B meetings when needed, work with the re-enrollment team and make sure they can hit their sales target. Support sales leaders with training and tracking telesales team, managing overall conversions from calls to contracts. Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
Salary range: 30-50 mill gross depending on experience and qualification, quarterly bonus based on performance up to 20 mill.

Job Description
- Creating monthly/quarterly sales strategies and go-to market strategies based on data
- Identifying issues and weaknesses of sales leaders, focusing on specific training for each one
- Tracking conversions of telesales teams and working with leaders on the script, sourcing data bases and planning field sales activities
- Planning and rolling out events/workshops to support sales team with their targets
- Working with the student re-enrollment officers to secure revenue from existing clients
- Planning attractive monthly promotions based on seasonality
- Analyzing teams performance and submitting detailed reports to BOD
- Tracking CRM
- Participating in B2B meetings on high level
- Cooperating with HR on recruitment on sales leaders, consultants, telesales and re-enrollment officers
- Creating marketing content for events with the MKT team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree and above
- At least 7 years of sales management experience with proven track record
- Managing headcount of minimum 10-20 people
- Data oriented and able to work with Excel proficiently
- English equivalent to IELTS 6-7
- Undergone management training is a plus
- CRM management
- Perseverance, hardworking, positive attitude, willing to learn quickly & always improve knowledge further
