1. Monitoring Wholesales availability (VOSR) in Month N
• Using system as the base to monitor the VOSR for Month N
• Handling the Dealer transfer request consolidated by Sales Zone after lock date in the system
• Monitoring the Wholesales Payment Plan with Sales Zone by consolidate, analyze and tracking plan versus actual
• Daily Monitoring actual Dealer payment and doing shipping report
• Working closely with MPL team, FVL Accounting team, GBS team, IT team to secure Wholesales volume:
+ Following up with MPL for transportation status of vehicle paid
+ Co-ordinate with FVL accounting team to do invoicing on time
+ Working closely with India GBS accounting team to do Sales Order confirmation on time
+ Coordinate with related teams to solve the issue about system issue, wrong invoice/customs declaration, tax…
• Head up management team to push Wholesales when seeing slow payment movement.
• Working closely with MPL/ Customs on vehicle OK2S plan and supply vehicle on time to dealer to secure Wholesales Volume
2. Monitoring Company stock and aging vehicles
• Be active to apply FIFO for Wholesales
• Monitoring actual company stock, propose action and head up management team when seeing the stock being sufficient/ run-out.
• Be Active on proposal to move vehicles between compounds in different regions
• Consolidate Monthly Dealer stock deck
• Doing aging report for OCM presentation
3. Monitoring Retail reporting in Vista and Customer data
• Consolidating Vista Retail Reporting and provide this information to other related departments when needed
• Manage dealer to follow Retail reporting in Vista system
• Support dealer in Visa if needed (amend or cancel)
4. Weekly & Monthly reports
• Stock deck
• Monthly Retail reporting
• Wholesales Payment status report
• Daily shipping report
• New car contract for FVL Employee
• OCM aging report
• Daily Wholesales availability retrieved from system
5. OTD & Distribution training to New dealer
• Working closely with Network, IT team to make sure Vista system can run smoothly before training
• Provide in detail Distribution system / Vista training to Sales Manager / Sales Admin to ensure that dealer can use system professional
*Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Department based on Business' requirements
• Participate in the Company and/or other Sales MKT activities as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience: Practical experience in auto industry, sales or marketing experience for at least five years
• Qualifications:
- Understanding Ford sales planning, VOPS systems
- Understanding distribution & logistics process and lead time
- Ability to think strategically
- Practical experience in data analysis & research
- Understanding of business plan
- Be proactive on proposing the solution for distribution & logistic
- Strong capability to pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated and high discipline on strict corporate process
- Good teamwork sprit and independent to take ownership of job assignments.
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Open, forward-looking, optimistic
