Student re-enrollment officer is responsible for building ongoing parent-student communication about success in the learning process, follow up on homework completion, competition update & inform about upcoming finish of the paid program & negotiation re-enrollment contract. Supported by Academic Manager & Program Director to ensure successful re-enrollment KPI.
Salary range:
10,000,000 VND -14,000,000 VND gross depending on experience and qualification, monthly bonus based on performance up to 4,000,000 VND. Combined income is up to 18,000,000 VND.

Job Description
- Be the main contact point for the Parents and students, build strong relationships with clients through monthly calls, reviews, messages and emails
- Be responsible for monthly revenue target of re-enrollment of students
- Conduct end of course/year reviews with parents and academic team to support re-enrollment
- Greet and onboard new clients with a welcome call, email and instruction of DigiUni regulations for students
- Do monthly student's progress update phone call with parents
- Ensure parent & student are well supported from the beginning until the end of the course by foreseeing parent concerns, problem solving issues, handling complaints within campus
- Handle clients complaints or issues if any, promptly report to Academic Manager & Program Director to offer relevant solutions to the clients
- Interact with teachers on a daily basis to ensure student’s learning progress at campus and notify parents when there are concerns
- Support Academic Manager with new and existing class scheduling & planning of studying groups
- Ensure systems data compliance within campus
- Supporting general campus tasks and events
- Create a fun, safe learning environment for all students
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of sales & customer service experience and proven track record
- Customer service mindset, ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- English equivalent to IELTS 6-7
- Passion for education and loves working with children
- Perseverance, hardworking, positive attitude, willing to learn quickly & always improve knowledge further
- Great communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
