· Production manager Vietnam
***RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS FOR THE ROLE
· In charge test systems and verification in accordance with production quality test planVietnam (all below for VN)
• In charge of repair process, ensure repair in right method, right tool and following test standard
· Training personnel and drive efficiency and validity in testing and repair processes
· Do other tasks corresponding to the job requirements as well as regulations of the company, accrediting agencies and Vietnamese law as assigned and instructed by the leaders.
***TASKS AND RECURRING ACTIVITIES
· Maintain improvement list connected to chosen KPI
· Perform test and verifications in accordance with production quality test plan
· Mechanical, electrical and computer driven test systems management
· Managing test systems performance and validity including calibration
· Creation and maintain test instruction manuals and procedures
• Creation and maintain repair method, monitoring repair result at production lines.
· Active participation in resolution of product quality related issues
· Training personnel and drive efficiency and validity in testing and repair processes
· Adherence to IMS and EHS requirements
· As a member of the team in Vietnam support the Polarium culture by supporting where most necessary decided by the general site manager.

***QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 2 years production test engineering
· experience of multi-discipline electronics equipment
· Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit
· Extensive knowledge in electronics measurement instruments and techniques
· Experience with complex systems and including C+ and
· IT systems design and management expertise is a merit
· Engineering degree (preferably electronics)
· Process orientated and analytical approach to validating product quality
· Willing to work shifts and travel
· Quality improvement methods (pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D/DMAIC, etc),
· Working knowledge of statistical methods and process capability, ability to apply statistical tools – Cpk, GR&R, tests for differences, DOE
· Must be able to analyze and correct complex product, test and/or process issues using independent judgment.
· Bachelor Engineering Degree (Electronic Engineering or similar experience)
· Manage projects reporting to direction
· Can work independently, take initiatives and lead the team.
· English language in conversation and writing is a must
