[Urgent] Training & Development Senior - Financial Services | Premium Insurance

About the role

As a Training Senior, you will coordinate and deliver professional training programs with a focus on fund administration and accounting services, ensuring that our staff gain both technical and practical skills aligned with international standards and firm procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the 1-month Accounting and Fund admin bootcamp to gain practical knowledge of IFRS accounting and fund administration.

• Coordinate and deliver internal training programs in accounting and fund administration.

• Review engagement standard operating procedure to ensure training materials reflect current operational practices.

• Prepare and present technical updates based on new regulations and industry developments.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or fund administration field.

• Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Strong willingness to learn new technical topics and translate them into practical training content.

• Experience in delivering internal training sessions is an advantage.

• Pursuing or holding a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia) is a plus.
