Besides, we expect to enhance customer experience by analyzing all their touch points with Home Credit using customer journey mappings & metric dashboards, then cooperate with different business teams across the organization for improvement/ transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Define and propose the customer sale growth strategy for Mobile App Sale Channel
- Design growth campaigns that will drive Sales of corresponding product
- Lead the cooperation with internal team Data, Lifecycle, Products, Marketing, Online … to ensure alignment and secure the support needed to execute the growth plan
- Able to use effectively data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customers behaviors
- Work closely with Online team to provide additional user insights for Mobile App development as the essential way for growth
- Lead the execution of major projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, App feedback & optimization
- Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in-app communication & out-app communications
- Define sub-key metrics and their relationship to measure business success

- Possess extensive knowledge of customer growth principles and practices,
- Good experience with digital performance campaign from execution, measurement & optimization
- Strong analytical (analyze user behavior, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good at English communication
