- Collaborate with partners, technical engineers, UI designers, developers and testers to implement designs,
preserving the design intent, quality and usability.
- Developing concepts, user flow and wireframes for the UX/HMI of VinFast vehicles.
- Rapidly iterate and develop concepts to create fantastic user-centric designs that exceeds the
expectations of our customers
- Support testing (physical and software-based), validation, and verification of the HMI, ensuring
high quality, on-time delivery, and overall system compliance with specifications.
− Benchmarking of competitive IVI and connected car systems in addition to consumer electronics to provide
market trend analysis of customer expectations.
− Desk research and check the feasibility from partners/feature owner.
− Identify key user performance attributes and feature requirements to be adopted in VinFast products
− Document and define user experiences by developing user stories, user flow/use cases, information
architectures, screen layouts, wireframe flows and prototypes.
− Collaborate with the Product Strategy team, UI team, UX Writing team and User Testing team
− Communicate designs to colleagues and stakeholders - capture, prioritize and incorporate their feedback
− Oversee partnership with technical engineers during planning and production phases to ensure technical
feasibility and quality of implementation. Anticipate and solve production problems and identify blockers to
management.
− Create UX design patterns for interactions, UX general topics and automotive standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
− 3-5 years of experience in UX
− Extensive experience in development of complex user experiences with proven delivery – portfolio of
products advantageous
− Knowledge of User Centered Design approaches
− Experience designing for touch-centric products
− Professional level experience using Figma and UX Prototyping tools
Educational background
- University degree within UX related fields is plus
- Good English skills
Technical skills desirable
− Understand and adhere to automotive-specific compliance requirements and automotive industry standards
− Experience working with in-house and outsourced development teams
− Agile Development experience
