Mô Tả Công Việc
• Work directly with Lead, PM, PO and wireframe design to transform into layout (Technical to End User)
• Design UI, develop UI Kit, Flow, Prototype for Web, Mobile Web & other products.
• Coordinate with the BA department or related teams to understand project requirements, propose optimal solutions to implement requirements for users.
• Review, analyze & propose new solutions to improve the product based on user issues when experiencing the product
• Coordinate with the DEV department to ensure the design is correct according to the project/function, flow, animation process.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• More than 2 years of experience working on Web, App related projects.
• More than 1 year of experience in building medium and large-scale software projects.
• Ability to proficiently use design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), etc., UI Wireframing.
• Good knowledge of UX/UI, Layout, Typography, Design Systems, and Information Architecture
• Good knowledge of trends, user experience & the latest technologies.
• Creative thinking, good problem-solving skills.
• Good reading and research skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently or flexibly in a team.
• More than 1 year of experience in building medium and large-scale software projects.
