You will be responsible for the following:

- Crafting clear, grammatically correct user interface content.

- Proofreading, editing, and optimizing copy through A/B testing.

- Researching user preferences, trends, and competitors for differentiation.

- Reviewing business requirements to create fitting content.

- Collaborating with product design team members to enhance user experiences.

- Creating impactful content strategies and solutions based on user insights.

- Upholding content guidelines aligned with our brand and voice.

- Using research and data to innovate and improve content.

- Maintaining the Crowdin system for localization.

- Defining and maintaining comprehensive content principles and guidelines.

What We Look for:

- Passion for Content and UX, dedicated to great user experiences.

- Clarity and Creativity in crafting short, clear, meaningful copy and seeking new solutions.

- Willing to try new things and not afraid of failure.

- Experience with tone and voice guidelines.

- Familiarity with Figma, working with design systems.

- Demonstrating strong English writing skills.

Super Candidate Qualities:

- Experience in Technical writing is a plus.

- Outstanding Copy, a strong track record of creating a standout copy.

- A good understanding of Vietnamese users is a big PLUS.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
