• UX writer will ensure a good User Experience for VinFast vehicles by ensuring the texts in the UI are
suitable for the context, correct and easy to understand.
• Responsible for authoring, reviewing, administering texts in the Vehicle UI which includes localization
(I.e.the handling of translations for the intended supported languages.)
• UX writer will contribute to consistency in the glossary, terminology, and tone of voice across other
touchpoints through collaboration with other copywriters, and/or stakeholders in the company.
• UX writer will ensure quality on time by contributing to continuous improvements on the process of
localization at Vinfast.
• Responsible for authoring and then ensuring high quality copy (micro, short and long, and bot) of the default
text English
• Responsible for handling all contact with the translation agency and handling the translated texts strings
• Responsible in administering the text databases to be correct and in order.
• Responsible for defining and improving our UX writing guidelines and helping to educate those needing to
know them.
• Responsible for assisting the rest of the team to follow UX writing guidelines and process
• Contribute to consistent experience in the copy across touchpoints through collaboration with others.
• Contribute to localization process improvements and initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• High/Native-like proficiency in English (High scoring proficiency test results)
• Previous experience working with copy in a UI, with English as one of the languages.
• Beneficial to have previously worked with larger level of localization, I.e., more than two languages
• A level of technical interest and understanding is preferable be better prepared for explaining complicated
functionality in a user-friendly and concise way.
• Experience with technical writing, copywriting, or similar fields involving authoring of texts is beneficial
• An interest in learning and specialising in this field of UX
• University degree in fields such as UX, IT, marketing, etc that has provided some of the above-mentioned
skills
• Previous experience working with copy in a UI, with English as one of the languages.
