- Lead and maintain the responsibility for various operations at a US outdoor furniture manufacturing sub-facility including (but not limited to) purchasing, operations, and engineering efforts
- Coordinate with Director/headquarters to plan and execute growth strategy.
- Facilitate the communication and collaboration between HQ and local teams/ suppliers to ensure a productive working environment.
- Execute Business Continuity Plans, including supplier development, with review of risks and improvement opportunities as directed by management.
- Further develop and execute the Organizational Performance Measurement plan and report the results to the Director in an accurate and timely manner.
- Negotiate with international and domestic vendors in addition to internal stakeholders in the organization.
- Support HR development efforts through identification and development of training programs, continuous compliance improvements and employee engagement.
- Other tasks as assigned by the director and upper management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree with 5 years management experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel. Infor or other ERP experience is required.
- Advanced business English.
- Strong technical and manufacturing background.
- Ethical and meticulous individual.
- Multi-task with a hands-on attitude.
