JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Leadership and management:
o Manage International sales staff, ensuring the accomplishment of business goals and effective operations.
o Assign, assign responsibilities, guide and evaluate employee work. performance. o Build a professional and dynamic working culture in the department.
• Business strategy:
o Proposing directions, goals and building international business strategies in the short, medium and long term.
o Analyze international markets, evaluate potential and provide appropriate business solutions.
o Research and propose new products suitable for international markets.
o Plan and implement international business activities, including:
Search and develop potential customers.
Participate in international fairs and exhibitions.
Negotiate and sign import-export contracts.
Supervise the implementation of international business contracts.
Resolve problems that arise during the order fulfillment process.
• Reporting and management:
o Regularly report on international business activities to CEO.
o Manage budget and financial resources for international business activities.
o Proposing solutions to improve department operations.
• Relationship:
o Build and maintain cooperative relationships with international customers
o Participate in international trade promotion activities.
o Represent the company at international conferences and seminars.
o Coordinate with departments within the company to properly fulfill the requirements of export orders.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Academic level:
o Graduated from University or higher majoring in International Economics, International Trade, Business Administration
o Graduating from Foreign Trade University, Economics University, or top business schools is an advantage.
• Work experience:
o At least 10 years of working experience in international business and at least 5 years at VICE DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL SALES are must
o Experience in managing staff.
o Ability to negotiate and sign international contracts.
o Have knowledge of international markets.
• Skill:
o Good management, leadership and organizational skills.
o Effective negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
o Market analysis and potential assessment skills.
o Proficiency in using office software and business support tools.
• Foreign Language:
o Proficient in English
o Being able to use another foreign language is an advantage.
