Vice General Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Vice General Manger to direct and manage HQTS Vietnam business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

 Overseeing daily business operations.

 Developing and implementing growth strategies.

 Improving revenue.

 Creating and managing budgets.

 Hiring and training employees.

 Managing operational costs

 Evaluating performance and productivity

 Researching and identifying growth opportunities

 Generating reports and giving presentations.

 Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Chemical engineering, or Business Management.

 At least 8 years of working experience and 3 years in team management in Testing, Inspection or Certification(TIC) industry, sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business. TIC industry will be preferred.

 Good knowledge of different business functions.

 Strong leadership qualities.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Highly organized and strong work ethic.

 Proactive and aggressive nature

 English advance.
