Mô Tả Công Việc
• Work full-time in Hanoi, Vietnam and reporting to the Director (Projects)
• Overall in-charge of the design, construction and implementation of commercial high-rise office and retail in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Manage and guide the international design team during the design and implementation stage of the project with effective transfer of personal knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Establish strict quality control procedures to ensure high quality of design and construction
• Manage all the stages of the project’s lifecycle from design conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, submissions, tender, construction, completion certification and handover
• Handle the coordination in relation to authority submissions
• Establish long-term working and synergistic relationship with consultants, contractors and end users.
• Formulate strategies and organise workflow to meet project objectives

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Recognised degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Strong flair of architecture and engineering design and project delivery management
• Minimum 15 Years of experience in the real estate industry handling design and construction of high-rise commercial
• Knowledge of Vietnam construction regulations is mandatory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Confident personality and able to rapidly establish interpersonal connections
• Pro-active nature, self starter and able to promote interdependency
• Strong emphasis on meeting deadlines
• Committed to ensuring high standard of delivery
• Expert at handling MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• International exposure will be advantageous
• Strong flair of architecture and engineering design and project delivery management
