Vice QA Lab Manager (Textile, Fabric, Garment)

Location: Binh Dinh

Reports to: QA Lab Manager

Goal: Support daily lab activities to ensure test reports are accurate and delivered on time for internal teams (BU, Dyeing, MQA, Socks).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fabric testing (Lab Dip, trims, accessories, bulk samples).

Track incoming samples and manage test report timelines.

Supervise testing based on FIFO (First In, First Out).

Coordinate with Dyeing and BU teams on testing issues.

Assist in approving bulk fabric shades.

Update customer test protocols every 6 months.

Manage Oekotex certification process.

Support correlation tests and report preparation.

Help solve technical issues with lab technicians.

Assist with lab accreditation and third-party certification programs.

Handle annual equipment calibration.

Report lab issues to QA Lab Manager.

Follow company rules and maintain lab cleanliness.

Keep technical data confidential.

Interactions:

Work with internal departments (Warehouse, Dyeing, BU Team).

Communicate with 3rd-party labs for tests and certifications.

Coordinate with technical staff for equipment and test accuracy.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in textile lab work

Education/Skills:

Strong knowledge of textile dyeing, testing, chemistry

Fluent English (written & spoken)

Proficient in computer use
