Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and potential Video Editor (Mid-level, Senior) who will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, polished video content for web, social media, campaigns, and other digital channels. You will work closely with our Brand team to bring stories to life, ensure that every video aligns with our brand and the local tastes to speak effectively to US/European, ANZ audiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, high-quality videos aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines

- Organize, select, and structure recorded materialsfootage, audio, and graphics to build a clear narrative flow that matches the project brief

- Enhance videos with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, and sound design to elevate visual and storytelling quality

- Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

- Ensure consistent visual style, brand identity, and messaging across all video content

- Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices, especially for US/European markets

- File management and archiving for safe storage

- Other tasks upon request.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Making, Journalism, New Media, or related undergraduate programs

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Video Editor, Motion Designer, or Multimedia Editor)

- Familiar with exploring and applying US/European visual and aesthetic tastes in design work; experience working on projects for US/European markets is a strong plus

- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

- Experience with basic motion graphics and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects (or similar)

- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and music selection

- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, compression, and export settings for different platforms

- Ability to interpret creative briefs and contribute ideas proactively

- Strong attention to detail, especially in color grading, sound balancing, and visual consistency

- Good command of English for understanding briefs, feedback, and references (written and spoken)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced international environment

- Enthusiastic, well-organized, and a self-starter.
