Detmold Packaging Vietnam was set up in 2010 with the aim of expanding the production scale of packaging products. The Vietnam company has been steadily growing and is an indispensable part of Detmold Group in the global supply chain. The consolidation of 4 sites into 1 is conducted in 2019 to meet future development and serve the needs of customers. With an area of 17,645 m2, the new purpose-built facility was in Binh Duong new city which is one of the fastest growing industrial zones about 40 km west of HCM city. Our priorities are to be better every day in “Quality, Service, and Efficiency”. Along with this mantra, the Detmold Vietnam Family also follow the Detmold Group’s core values – Focus, People, Passion/Persistence, Leadership, Performance and Sustainability”. Safety across the site is at the core of our success and it is the responsibility of all to “See it, Say it and Solve it”. The factory covers an area of 8.5 hectares and is divided into two main production sectors: paper and board. For paper, there are 5 different areas including SOS, Flat & Satchel, Print, Rewind, and Napkin. The remaining areas are the hot or cold cups and bowls. There are 47 machines in total, daily producing 14 million units and we have over 1000 SKU’s available to be manufactured. Some of Our Cores Customers are: MCDonalds , Woolworths, COLES and SUBWAY. Warehouse has total 8,500 square meters for both: raw materials & finished goods. The area for FGs at one-roof site is 4,500 m2. For raw material at Vsip 2, our team unloads 5 conts/day of imported material and issue the same to the factory preparing for production. For finished goods at one-roof, we loads on average 7 conts/day to export. Our main export markets are Adelaide, Auckland, Melbourne, and Fremantle, and we also export to more than fifteen other destinations across the world.
