About Hua Nan Bank Hua Nan Commercial Bank, a Taiwanese bank and a member of Hua Nan Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., was founded and started business in March 1919. On 19 December 2001, Hua Nan Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (HNFHC) was established and its shares listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Hua Nan Bank accordingly became a subsidiary of HNFHC. The Bank’s head office is in Taipei-Taiwan and is one of the soundest and largest banks in Taiwan. Hua Nan Commercial Bank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch is one of the overseas branches of Hua Nan Bank Taiwan. The Ho Chi Minh City Branch was established on July 2006.
