Vietnam Head of Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and feedback, effectively present the company’s capabilities and operational plans, arrange client meetings, and oversee the contract signing process.

• Prepare detailed analysis reports to help clients evaluate their current operations, provide on-site explanations of proposed solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle.

• Foster relationships with existing clients, ensuring contract renewals and continued satisfaction.

• Identify and develop partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders, including channel distributors and service providers, while representing the company at exhibitions and industry forums.

• Collaborate with e-commerce platforms, trade associations, and participate in cross-border expos to expand business opportunities.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s local culture, market dynamics, and manufacturing landscape.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce operations.

• In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s wood products industrial sector, particularly in the furniture category.

• Proficiency in Chinese or English for professional communication.

• Salary Range: $2,500–$3,000 USD per month
