Vietnam Ice Cream Trade Marketing Senior Manager (MT + GT)

• Synergize/translate brand strategic directions and category marketing plans to customer/channel opportunities.

• Work jointly with marketing to match brands’ strategic objectives with customer/ market needs, analyze competitions and market landscape.

• Own S&OP input-output, manage and drive business performance in short term and long term. Lead sales gap-closure activities and optimization.

• Ensure brand volume and value growth in priority channels and customers.

• Manage holistic customer/ channel investment for category opportunities (shopper marketing, trade marketing, in-store).

• Identify trade spending opportunities and allocate budget based on category priority and business needs.

• Collaborate closely with channel team in developing the category-channel strategy, shopper promotion and POSM alignment.

• Understand dynamic market situation and adapt trade strategies and plans on regional basis.

• 5+ years of experience in category management/ channel/ trade marketing, preferrable within FMCG industry.

• Ability to work with people across various functions and levels.

• Strong negotiation skills to work with Field sales team.

• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and business mind set.

• Strong in leadership and ability to coach a team.

• Proactive, confident, initiative and able to work with multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly working skill in Excel. Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
