Vietnam Performance Management and Category Finance Manager

Overview of the role:

- Lead the financial process for VNF working together with commercial finance, category finance and supply chain finance for monthly closing, rolling forecast, AOP (including ZBB)

- Development and monitoring of long term financial plans together with functional leaders across the business

- Develop detailed analysis on performance and investments and conduct business reviews with leaders to drive strategic decision making

- Support performance of the entire business through detailed financial analysis to enable strategic decision making

- Lead category finance to partner with marketing functions

- Digitization, automation and improvement of analysis and processes

Key responsibility

- Lead the preparation of Monthly Closing and review of monthly performance of P&L and Cashflow and related sector submissions

- Lead the preparation of Monthly Rolling Forecast of P&L and Cash Flow and related sector submissions

- Lead the preparation of Monthly POR for discussion between VNF management team and BU

- Lead the overall Financial AOP preparation including ZBB

- Oversee category financial performance and partner with the business to lead the development of long term strategic and financial plans

- Develop and lead performance management reviews and discussions with relevant leaders across the business

- Develop analyses to evaluate returns on our A&M investments

- Work with transformation team to develop digitally enabled financial analysis to enable strategic decision making

- Driving continued improvement in processes and analytics across the planning function

• Strong understanding of the business and operations

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and cash flow and underlying key business drivers

• Highly analytical mindset and ability to drive insight through financial and performance analysis

• Long term strategic mindset – ability to set strategic and financial agenda

• Strong communication skills – both oral and written; good presentation (PPT and storytelling)

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
