*Ensure the full compliance of branch's book, account management
*Ensure the accruacy and the deadline respect for internal & external reporting*Handling tax affairs to ensure compliance with local rules and tax circular *Contribute to preparation of company's yearly buget
*Handling the internal & external audits
'Be reSponsible for labor control
*Check payroll calculation, PIT
*Being in charge of recruitment and preparing relevant procedures for interview and receipt of new staffs*Orientation training for new staffs
*Following up attendance records ; annual leaves, regulated leaves etc..*Support HR in Head quarter for all HR functions such as labor report, SI,HI, UI,PIT, reward, discipline, termination of labor contract, record labor cost in system*In charge of engagement activities in Branch under instructions from HQ
*Control and make confirmation of payment for office expenses; office machines, stationary, car, taxi, office rental, houses, phone and internet charge, drinking water, Guard, Receptionist, Cleaner…*Work with state authorities for administrative procedures
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience and knowledge in finance, tax Accounting, HR
- Knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting System and International Accounting System.
- Experience in dealing with external audit and tax authorities.
- Have strong knowledge on tax regulation.
- Professional written and verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese, and interpersonal skills
