The Visa Coordinator is responsible for providing clients who are from all over the world and about to travel to Vietnam with visa services. The main role is to ensure a smooth overall customer experience in relation to the visa to Vietnam travel arrangement with in-time supports and assistance to obtain the visas.
The Visa Coordinator will be the main point of contact for clients for sorting out any related issues with the related paperwork as well as handling needful supports pre, during and post visa services.
The Visa Coordinator must have a strong understanding of border control procedures as well as any related legislation, stays in the know of the latest development of visa application procedures to give right advisory.
Key tasks of a Visa Coordinator:
- Obtain comprehensive understanding to client cases followed by providing visa information and services to clients.
- Ensure timely attainment of all documents and the completion for the Visa process.
- Make all the cost quotations regarding the entire process on behalf of the clients and the relevant authorities. - - Ensure that cost spent on visa services is minimized within allocated budget.
- Stay updated on all the legislation, responsibility to make sure the clients to be updated on Visa status.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Be passionate about travel, personable and self-motivated
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and client servicing skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa Consultancy.
- Over 2 years successful experience in travel industry with relevant experience in visa is a big plus
- Goal seeking, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, committed and a team player
* OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Personal/professional travel experience in Vietnam’s travel destinations
- Able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service
- Can work independently and with a team
- Ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines and manage time well
- A mindset of sales oriented, open minded and commitment
- Good track sales records
- Good command of English
- Friendly and flexible
