Missions:

To best communicate Decathlon’s values, products and other activities to increase awareness in social media

Your responsibilities:

Content creation and management:

• Create, edit and proofread content for social media posts and marketing materials

• Manage creative agency & freelancers: briefing, timeline, quality & cost management

• Engage with various stakeholders to gather content and insights that enhance the brand’s narrative

• Contribute to the development of communication strategies

Quality assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of all editorial content to maintain high quality, accuracy, and clarity

• Develop and enforce visual guidelines and standards

• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity & purposes

Your profile:

• You are experienced in video creation & video editing

• You are proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Ae, Capcut…

• You have good knowledge of motion graphics and animation & strong understanding of storytelling, pacing,

and visual aesthetics

• You are excellent in Vietnamese & English

• You can drive your project ownership from start to finish – self-starter and self-directed

• You can manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time

management, and problem solving skills

• You are dynamic and have a high sense of responsibility, a sense of service and team spirit

• You are passionate about your sport and practice it regularly

• You are willing to travel to different stores within the city
