Visual Designer (AI)

Creative Execution and Visual Development

● Produce high-quality visuals for campaigns, social content, sustainability communication, internal branding, digital platforms, and product storytelling.

● Translate concepts into layouts, key visuals, motion storyboards, and multi-format asset systems under the guidance of the Art Director.

● Adapt visuals across channels such as IG feed, reels, Meta ads, website elements, presentations, and corporate communication.

AI Supported Design Production

● Use AI tools for ideation, asset variation, reference exploration, and rapid prototyping.

● Collaborate with the AI Production Team to refine prompts, adjust outputs, and ensure visual consistency across human and AI generated assets.

● Maintain clean file structures, organized layers, and clear naming conventions to support automated pipelines.

Quality and Brand Consistency

● Apply Saitex visual identity principles, typography systems, color standards, and photography style across all outputs.

● Ensure all visual assets meet Saitex brand guidelines and pass internal quality reviews before moving to final approval.

● Contribute to creative asset libraries, templates, and visual guidelines that strengthen consistency and efficiency.

Collaboration and Workflow Contribution

● Work closely with the Content Team to align visuals with messaging and narrative intent.

● Support the Senior Visual Lead and Art Director with variations, refinements, and production requirements.

● Participate in weekly creative cycles for reviews, feedback, and continuous improvement.

● Assist in documenting learnings, patterns, and best practices for the creative knowledge base.

Core Creative Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

● 2 to 3 years of experience in a digital, creative, or content production role.

● Strong command of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and color theory.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. Weavy and After Effects are a plus.

● Experience producing multi-format assets for social, digital campaigns, and branding.

AI and Digital Skills

● Familiarity with or interest in AI creative tools such as Weavy, Google Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and other diffusion models.

● Ability to work within automated or semi-automated workflows while maintaining high craft standards.

Collaboration and Professional Skills

● Good communication and teamwork skills with openness to feedback and iteration.

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality execution.

Portfolio Requirement

● Portfolio demonstrates strong visual craft, digital design work, and multi-format asset creation.

● AI generated creative samples.
