Visual Merchandise Designer (VMD)

Visual Merchandising Design

- Develop VM concepts, display layouts, and branded materials aligned with Laneige global identity

- Adapt campaign visuals for Vietnam market execution across retail formats

- Design POP/POSM, tester units, product displays, signage, and touchpoints consistent with Laneige’s aesthetic

Campaigns, Events & Activations

- Create visual concepts and execution plans for seasonal campaigns, brand activations, promotional events, and key launches

- Prepare mock-ups, renderings, technical specs, and artwork files for production

- Ensure cohesive visual storytelling across offline and omni-channel environments

Visual Standards & Compliance

- Maintain Laneige VM standards for a clean, modern, premium look

- Provide guidelines or visual instructions for store teams

- Conduct remote or onsite checks and reporting

Qualification and Experience

- Education: Diploma Degree in the Graphic Design field or relevant

- English: conversational / business level.

- Computing/software: MS Office, Photoshop (must), Adobe Illustrator (must), Premiere (preferable).

- Experience: at least 3 years of work experience in visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization.

- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
