Visual Merchandiser Executive

1. Job Overview:

Store sales floor management, face design, and execution based on business development plans

Work together with SM, SV to manage sale floor visual and face design.

Work with MD depratment to create the sales floor plan.

OJT for store staff focusing on sales floor creation and product display.

2. Scope of work and responsibilities:

Store's Advertising Creating (Main task)

・Take responsibility on sales promotion tools in store

・Represent to take responsibilities in all tasks related and report directly to managers.

・Communicate with all department to complete sales floors or all content related to VMD.

・Work directly with supplier for POSM proccesing and equipment installation.

Sales floor support (Assigned by line managers)

・Support display in-store for Opening preparation / Window display / POP installation

Store visual & Display in charge (Assigned by line managers)

・Sales floor planning by monthly of department

・Sales floor layout creation / Face design for display / On-the-shelf production

・Install sales promotion tools and planning of deployment locations

・Consideration and execution of store DP production such as mannequins.

1. Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:

Motivate and act effectively to approach to subordinate person.

Proficiency in software tools is an advantage: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft.

Effective communication skills and task management.

2. Experience:

Working experience as VMD is an advantage.

In the case of internal promotion, working in the lower grade for over one year is required.
