Visual Merchandiser Specialist – DETERMINANT Fashion Brand

• A Visual merchandiser works closely with MKT/Brand team to implement brand visual merchandising strategy and maintain stores image nationwide: assist and coordinate all activities of visual merchandising for all stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. • A Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning and building displays that maximize impact on a day-to-day basis, to increase sales, get the customer’s attention and to provide excellent in-store experiences. • Coordinate and update weekly/monthly reports to MKT Manager. • Check and store visiting to ensure VM go right direction, guideline and create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. • Define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the stores. • Sharing monthly VM guidelines & coaching in-store VM ambassadors. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations. • Installing and setting up window displays, counters and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose. • Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes. • Liaise with suppliers and source elements, VM props, creative materials, and accessories for displays. • Monitoring costs and working within budget. • Collect feedback from sales/mkt teams and customers on the visual impact of displays and of the changes implemented. • Responsible for VM display in all events, store opening , campaign and other company activities both in-outside the store

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a visual merchandiser or in a related role • Demonstrated expertise in visual design, space planning, and innovative thinking • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including retail staff and management • Experience in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing creative solutions that meet customer needs • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively DETERMINANT Vietnam offers a competitive salary package, an excellent work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
