Mô Tả Công Việc
- Analytical work in support of compensation and benefit design work, including but not limited to competitive market analysis and internal equity analysis, financial cost analysis, plan participation, utilization and/or satisfaction data.
- Provide data, recommendations, templates for Full Time Equivalent (FTE) & Cost Budgeting to support BU (if any)
- Support in Annual Salary review process.
- Conduct Job evaluation, salary survey for Corporate and support BU
- Analysic, provide the market data to support in update/ design the bonus scheme.
Compensation & Benefits
- Review and update the HR process in support HR objectives & in line with international & original countries' legal requirements;
- Conduct external compensation comparison process including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits surveys, and informal data gathering, then analyze, develop, update and implement changes to C&B Policy and Procedures.
- Provide recommendations to Recruitment Function regarding C&B package offered to new joiner
- Support in construct salary range and salary proposal for internal personnel movement and promotion.
- Involve getting Performance Evaluation to use as resource for C&B review. Support in analysic report, provide data and insights for HR and business decisions making.
- Participate in Total rewards projects and in charge add-hoc reports (if any) as per assignment
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of experience in C&B (experience in managing team is a plus) Strong Total Rewards
- At least 3 years of experience in related scope of work mentioned above.
- Knowledge of Total rewards, Policy, Mercer methodology
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Law
- Strong data analysis and data interpret skill
- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication
- Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MSWord, MS PowerPoint.
