Warehouse Accountant Cum Admin - Salary: From 11 Million VND Above

JOB REQUIREMENTS 1/ Education: Bachelor degree, major in Accounting 2/ Experience: - At least 02 years of experiences in Accounting field. - preferable having experience in manufacturing company. 3/ Knowledge and Skills: - Good knowledge in Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation 4/ Knowledge and Professional Skills: - ENGLISH: good command of English. - good at MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point) - Good analytical thinking - Honest, ability to work independently as well as willingly support colleagues. - High accuracy in numbers and attention to details, commitment to deadlines. - Interested candidates are welcomed to SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IN ENGLISH with photo online ( Vietnamese CV will be unqualified ).

B. JOB DESCRIPTION: + Cashier at factory + Check the legal validity of invoice and documents before updating in-out and compare data at daily basic. + Make inventory report at daily/weekly basic + Coordination with the warehouse keeper: Collaborating with the warehouse keeper to accurately audit the quantity of goods. + Make the payment request for all costs related to inventory goods and services. - ADMIN ASSISTANT ( 05-10% of work load ) + Office supply: stationary, pure water. + Prepare labor contract, keep proper profile of employees. + Work with insurance department for insurance matters: close insurance book, send docs if any - Other tasks assigned by BOD and Managers. C. BENEFIT: - Salary: negotiate, salary: from 11 million dong above - Yearly salary review + 13th month salary. - Insurance based on actual salary.
