Warehouse & Logistics Staff

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor. This role is divided into the following functional focus:

1. Warehouse Management (50%),

- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehousing, purchasing and logistics operations for a medical device importer and manufacturer.

- Manage inventory, track inventory movements on software.

- Conduct regular cycle inventory to determine available inventory.

- Order/purchase when inventory is low.

2. Import-Export Logistics (30%)

- Troubleshoot supply and delivery issues to find suitable solutions. Find suppliers and maintain relationships with them.

- Research sales figures and forecast future inventory needs.

3. Purchasing (20%)

- Source, negotiate and purchase medical equipment and supplies from domestic and international suppliers, focusing on Korea.

Candidate requirements

- Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, 5 years of experience in purchasing and logistics, candidates with experience working in the medical equipment industry are preferred.

- Skills:

• Language: Fluent in English

• Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate flexibly and persuasively to achieve the best benefits for the company.

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance and make quick decisions.

• Management: Ability to manage time, work and work independently as well as in a team.

- Preferred candidates:

• In-depth understanding of import and export procedures and related regulations.

• Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms).

• Understanding of the medical equipment market, especially the Korean market.
