Warehouse Assistant Manager

New Warehouse in Yen My Industrial Zone, Hung Yen Province:

1. Operating warehouse:

- Deploy and strictly manage the delivery process;

- Ensure requirements on status and cost of goods in the warehouse as well as supplies, tools, stationery;

2. Manage work and develop human resources of warehouse:

- Manage resources, ensure employees work with the highest productivity;

- Train, develop job skills for employees, timely train of alternative resources

3. Improve service quality:

- Offer ideas to develop the department, improve work efficiency;

- Predict potential hazards and provide timely preventive measures

- Maintain a good working relationship both inside and outside the company, cooperate, discuss with other departments to provide solutions;

4. Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to section;

5. Setting orientations and methods to increase labor productivity, working spirit and solidarity in warehouse

6. Making & training SOP for operation

7. Studying, building new projects, new Customers

1. Education:

Graduated from University/College;

2. Experience:

- At least 3 working years at similar position;

- At least 5 years of working in warehousing and have working experience in logistics field is advantage;

- Have working in setting new warehouse is preferred.

3. Skills & others:

- Good at communicating in English

- Good at MS Office (Excel, PP, Outlook...)

- Have knowledge in warehouse management/logistics fields; Warehouse management systems ....
