Warehouse Lead

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing all activities related to warehouse operations. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing, receiving, arranging, storing, and moving goods to ensure that warehouse operations are carried out in an orderly and efficient manner and that they comply with the standards of Stanley Black & Decker (SBD). You will manage four company warehouses, including one external warehouse.

The working hours for this position are 48 hours per week.

Job description:

• Organize and manage warehouse operations, including managing inventory quantities (incoming, outgoing, inventory), performing procedures for incoming and outgoing goods, arranging and storing goods, and ensuring safe storage of inventory without affecting production.

• Monitor and report on the quantity of goods entering and leaving the warehouse and perform stocktaking to ensure accurate inventory levels.

• Conduct monthly internal audits and participate in annual stocktaking to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Manage and coordinate transportation of inventory with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Organize and implement 5S activities in the warehouse to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

• Handle waste requests and ensure compliance with labour safety regulations, forklift safety, and firefighting regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Perform incoming and outgoing goods operations in accordance with the company's procedures for documents, delivery times, and good control of documents and records related to incoming and outgoing goods.

• Develop training plans, provide direction, supervise, and assign work to warehouse staff to ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.

• Education: College or University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields

• Experience:

- At least 4 years of experience in Warehouse Management.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, able to make reports using Power BI software.

- Familiar with at least one warehouse management software.

- Familiar with the operating model of EPE manufacturing companies

• Skills and Personalities:

- Strong ability to set goals, plan, organize, control, make decisions, manage people, and manage budgets effectively.

- Understanding or experience in working with warehouse control systems.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Honest, careful, decisive, and highly responsible.

- Able to use English (TOEIC from 600 or IELTS from 5.5)

- Good Chinese language skills are preferred for this position
