Warehouse Leader

1. Job Description:

• Comprehensively manage warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatching activities, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched according to procedures, on time, and in correct quantities.

• Plan shifts, assign tasks reasonably to warehouse staff to optimize performance and ensure 24/7 continuous operation.

• Monitor daily updates of inbound/outbound documents in SAP system, cross-check with actual inventory to ensure data accuracy and transparency.

• Organize and report monthly periodic inventory counts, analyze variances (if any), and propose timely corrective actions.

• Assign, supervise, and support outbound deliveries to customers and material issuance to production lines to prevent any disruptions.

• Ensure all warehouse staff strictly comply with occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and 5S standards; provide regular training and supervision.

• Closely coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Planning, QC, Purchasing, Accounting) to resolve issues, optimize processes, and promptly meet customer requirements.

• Propose and participate in warehouse process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics in a manufacturing environment (automotive, components, electrical/electronics preferred).

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.

• Good communication skills; able to work independently and in teams; high responsibility and able to work under pressure.

• Basic English communication for emails and reports; good English reading comprehension.

• Able to operate a forklift.
