Warehouse Management Engineer or Supervisor (Long Thanh, Dongnai)

• Supervise and manage the operations of the automated warehouse systems.

• Coordinate logistics activities to optimize storage and inventory flow.

• Implement best practices for warehouse management and process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

• Train and mentor warehouse staff to uphold company standards.

• Collaborate with various departments to support production and distribution needs.

• Monitor inventory levels and control stock accuracy through regular audits.

• Utilize data and analytics to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and suggest improvements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated warehouse management.

• Proficiency in English or Chinese language is required.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS, FIFO).

• Experience with inventory control and logistics coordination.

• Ability to work shifts during the first 6 months of employment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
