Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage and coordinate delivery schedules from customers and Sales. You will plan transport allocation, coordinate loading operations, and ensure timely and efficient deliveries. This role also handles packaging material reconciliation and maintains strong communication with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage delivery schedules from customers and Sales.

• Plan transport allocation and ensure vehicles meet delivery and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, Production, and Sales to align on loading plans.

• Supervise vehicle loading and ensure timely dispatch.

• Track delivery status and proactively handle any delays or issues.

• Reconcile and manage packaging materials at customer sites (including stock-taking and collection).

• Prepare delivery/loading schedules and performance reports.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Accounting, Supply Management, Business Administration, or Transportation Management or related fields.

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in logistics or transport coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics operations and transportation regulations.

• Skills:

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and logistics tools/software.

- Good communication in English and strong teamwork abilities

• Working Time:

- Monday to Friday

- Two Saturdays per month
