Warehouse Manager

- Warehouse Operations Management:

+ Build up SOPs for a new warehouse's operation.

+ Supervise and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

+ Inspect and resolve issues related to goods, inventory control, damaged items, incidents, or losses.

+ Review reports, approve corrective actions and countermeasures proposed by subordinates, and make timely decisions for implementation.

- Service Quality, Safety and Security Management:

Ensure the quality of warehouse services and maintain safety and security in all warehouse operations. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse facilities, vehicles, and equipment.

- Financial Control:

Ensure that operational expenses are managed in accordance with the approved annual budget.

- Process Management:

Guide and approve the development of new procedures or the adjustment/improvement of existing warehouse operation processes.

- Human Resource Development:

Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff. Allocate human resources effectively to meet operational plans and actual business needs.

- Workforce Supervision:

Manage, supervise, and assign tasks to employees within the warehouse department.

- Disciplinary and Compliance Handling:

Participate in labor discipline procedures and compensation for damages in accordance with the company’s labor regulations and authority.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or College diploma.

- Experience:

+ Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position;

+ Minimum of 5-7 years of working in Warehousing/logistics field.

+ Working experience in setting up a new warehouse is advantage.

- Skills:

+ Communicated in English well

+ Leadership skill,

+ Management Competencies: Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills; ability to motivate and develop team members.
